Goblins in Night Harbor

Dear readers, Today we must consider one highly questionable part of town... The harbor area. More specifically, the area with all the goblins! Troublemakers, drunks, squatters and gamblers alike, running amok, and causing chaos! Where is the guard one must wonder? Could it be, he was talking to the pretty patrol guard down the way? Shirking his duties for a quick flirt down by the bay? I have caught sight of her, a beauty to be sure.. Of course, he did eventually make his way back to take care of these guys, but is this really where our tax dollars are going in this city? Should we not have better protection in our city walls? I guess it's now up to our brave adventurers to investigate and vanquish the goblin scum ourselves! Don't believe me? Well, this harbor guard seems to think so!
